I never set out to be the guy who helps organizations improve. I certainly never set out to be what today is called a “change agent.” But through challenges and determination and time, I learned that this is exactly what I am good at.
A logo is not a brand
In all the years I’ve worked with organizations looking to examine their brand strategy, without fail, someone associated with the project will say something like, “Oh, you’re going to give us a new logo!” It’s a universal reaction to the word “branding.”
